HOST A PROGRAM OR EVENT
AT THE FASSETT GREENSPACE
We created our public garden for everyone to use!
It is designed to be a community meeting center and outdoor education center. We would love nothing more than for local groups, institutions, and organizations to utilize our space for programs and events.

BENEFITS OF THE FASSETT GREENSPACE INCLUDE IT:
-
Is ADA compliant.
-
Has electricity.
-
Is a free outdoor space to use from dawn until dusk.
-
Has free village water access.
-
Is located near a public bus route.
-
Has full sun.
-
Has built-in seating.
-
Features interactive musical instruments.
-
Is located near local restaurants, grocery stores, and many other attractions in the heart of Wellsville.
-
Is a maintained garden for you to harvest and plant from. Typically, we maintain the garden, but if you would like to do a garden activity throughout the season as part of a longer program, we would love to help our garden meet your needs as well.

WANT TO HOST AN EVENT OR PROGRAM?
-
Go ahead! There is no official process to host an event at the garden. It is a public space, so please feel free to host your program.
-
Let us know! While it isn't required, we do ask that you add your event in our GOOGLE CALENDAR, with the time, theme, and expected number of attendants. This helps us report our impact in the community. In the rare event that your program overlaps with another such that they cannot coexist, the event that was posted to our calendar will be deemed the official event at that moment.
-
Get in touch! Concerned that your event will overlap with another? Would you like our assistance in planning your event? Just want to get in contact to discuss your plan? Please email ArtforRuralAmerica@gmail.com to discuss your idea. If you'd like, we can cross-promote your event if it is open to the public on our Facebook page.
